I've been at this for hours and I can't seem to ban the quarries from Extra Utilities or Buildcraft in all worlds but one. I've been using multiple things, Gorearestrict, Itemrestrict and even Worldguard's blacklist, But none seem to work. GR seems to ban in all worlds. I want to unban the quarries only in the deep dark. Can anyone suggest a plugin to help me do this?

joshwoo69, you misunderstood the question. He's asking how to UN-ban for the deep dark (but ban everywhere else)
woops...
Ender quarries have a dimention black list in the configs if you want to know.For other types of quarries, I am not sure.
