help with xycraft tanks

i have my setup like this http://imgur.com/izwGhom and it wont output whats wrong with it?

could be a few different problems:
max size is 12x12x12
all the edges and corners need to be a valid material, when you excavate for a tank you might miss some hidden dirt
you haven't activated the tank

the valve output is based on what level it's at on the tank
if it's on the side it's not gonna output until the liquid is at the level of the valve, so move the valve to the bottom of the tank (bottom of the side, not the edge) and it'll output.[DOUBLEPOST=1367146319][/DOUBLEPOST]well he probably has activated the tank, he's facing a lever so the blue lines won't appear.

aye, he very well could have, but, as he is facing the lever and not the tank, we don't know that for sure.

but yeah, also the liquid level might be too low.
