Bug Help with server crashing on chunk loaded

Hi, I've created my own modpack based loosely off DW20, with some things added & removed. I'm having some problems with crashing upon logging in, I believe it's localized to a specific part of the world because I can move my player away with the help of an editor, and load up fine until I get close to a specific area again.
The error I'm getting is this:

I've encountered a second error as well, which crashed with a different log (maybe because it was the first time encountering it). It's located here:

I just found a new error that crashes the server, in a different location. Here's the error, I'll put it in the OP as well.

remove Agricraft and see if you get the error again

Nope, still crashing.

EDIT: Also crashing with rotarycraft & thaumcraft removed.

I just disabled all mods, and the world is still crashing... must just be an unfixable part of the world, but I'd still like to figure out what's causing it so the next world generated doesn't have this problem.

I had a similar issue and it was corrupted chunks, if you load the world up in Mc edit there are prob missing chunks or messed up looking chunks in that area. My issue was a bad hard drive that kept causing the chunks to become corrupted. Once I replaced the hard drive and restored to a previous backup I had of my map it never happened again. Also things like power outages etc might be able to cause corrupted chunks. I wild check the hdd's smart data to be sure it's not faulty
