i'm sure this has been posted thousands of times (but the search has failed me..)
there are two things on this post (so i don't have to post twice and i can follow a single post to prevent forum spam and also email spam ) any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
alright first:
how should i got about getting best performance from my system? im pretty tech savvy but minecraft has always boggled my mind when it comes to optimizing.
here is my system.
Second....
I've been getting "server like lag" on ssp??? like breaking blocks twice, water/lava not updating once source/ path is altered, torches being imported from hogwarts (floating torches), floating vines/cactus/reeds... etc.
FTB Setup
Launcher: Latest EXE
Allocated ram: 2.4gb (but for some reason it peaks at 8gb)
Minecraft: 1.4.7
Pack: Mindcrack (latest)
Alterations to FTB: 1. OptiFine HD U C3, 2. Removed Gregtech, 3. Treecapitator
Texturepack: Sphax x64.
Average fps: 39 (way too low for my system...)
CRASHES: NONE, just server side like lag. (nothing out of ordinary in the logs)
Screenshots of my optifine settings.
