Shows I have no further java installs in my control pannel... so I can not uninstall them but manually. And as per my "4" days ago remark it was sarcasm.
Regardless I just tried removing every one manually and still got the same issue.

I did not initially remove the others from my system as I was literally following your guide, I did not see that part of the error log myself.
If you're going to tell me that you completed my guide, actually follow it. It explicitly tells you to uninstall Java.
Specifically, step 3, which reads
You will now need to reinstall java ensuring you have the correct version. First we will need to remove all java installs on your computer. To do this navigate to the control panel and search for "Add or remove programs", scroll down to "J" for java and right click on each of them in turn and uninstall them.
