FTB Infinity 2.0.2 not unloading Dims

Details of the issue:
After Building a new World in 2.0.2 update all Dim's load during startup but don't unload.
No Users online, No chunkloader (new World).

Results of a cofh tps shows all are still loaded.

Spirit World [-37]: 20.00 TPS/0.14MS (100%)
Torment [-38]: 20.00 TPS/0.13MS (100%)
Mirror [-39]: 20.00 TPS/0.12MS (100%)
Bedrock [-19]: 20.00 TPS/0.13MS (100%)
