does the flux upgrade in TiCo depends on the tool's base durabillity because on less durable tool's i cant put stronger flux capacitors

Noticed that myself. Dont know if durability is the limiting factor or not. All I know is sometimes I can use strong capacitors, sometimes I cant.

In 1.6.4 TiC doesnt give me different amounts of RF if I use a stronger or weaker flux capacitor.

another problem, when you rightclick with a flux charged tool it drains energy wtf?
