Can we get a sticky for Mystcraft Stable Mining and Lava ages?

Seriously, it's really annoying to search through pages and pages of threads only to find miss-information, outdated guides, and dead links.

I'm really just trying to find a list of pages that will work for a simple flat mining age and simple flat lava age.

Looking in the configs, high value blocks & liquids other than water & lava cause instability based on the total # of blocks, so an ocean of molten gold with diamond ore shores will be a bad place no matter how well you write the age. Of course, you could just disable instability in the configs...
