I've said this a bunch, but I still get asked about it, and people apparently want links to proof (the GPL license most of my stuff is under should have been more than enough). And so, I will give this overarching note that encompasses all of my mods - past, present, and future.
You (yes you!) are hereby granted full permission to use and distribute any of my mods as you see fit, so long as you include the appropriate license (usually GPLv3) with any modified distributions. I would prefer that you do not make any money in doing so, but I cannot legally stop you for those mods of mine (read: almost all of them) that are under the GPL.
Mods exist for everybody to have fun. I don't care what you do with them - the more people who play and enjoy them, the better - I don't care about your launcher, I don't care about your platform, I don't care. Just enjoy the mods.
