In my world which runs 1.5.2 wgt pack the 0.8 version i got an enchant called reading any idea what this does?

im using frame motors in my latest build and whenever they try to move another frame motor visually and with nei tooltips they turn into a blockbreaker but when i break the block they become frame motors again anyone else know of this or new bug?
