Summary of the problem Yeta Wrench on Hatchery nesting pen with Chicken inside deletes the chicken

What is the bug? Right clicking using a Yeta Wrench on a Nesting Pen from the Hatchery mod while filled with a chicken rotates the Nesting Pen and deletes the chicken, also causes the pen to not accept any future chickens until the pen is destroyed and replaced

Is it repeatable? Put chicken in Nesting Pen from Hatchery
Right click on the Nesting Pen with a Yeta Wrench in your hand
Chicken is deleted, pen is rotated
Known Fix Replace Nesting Pen. Don't use yeta wrench on nesting pen anymore :/
