XP Turtle in Direwolf Pack

Hello,

I'm trying to make an XP farm, much like the one Direwolf built in his LP world. I can't find the XP Turtle in NEI. I read somewhere it doesn't show up, but is still craftable. I used these two recipes, but they won't yield a result. How do I get an XP Turtle?

Yeah, it's not in NEI. All it needs is a standard turtle next to an enchantment table.
