worlds keep being deleted or lost after a few logins

Someone please help I keep starting new worlds and I will play on them for several hours whether consecutive or not and I will go to login and all of the worlds will have been deleted from the select world screen. Don't know if its from the world leak problem or what my world names will still be in the saves file but no player data in the world file. Please help I have got a good start in 2 worlds but don't want to start another until I can fix the problem. If you know what to do please let me know. Thank you
 
I recommend following this guide exactly. This will install FTB the recommended way. After that if you continue to have problems after that please post a console log in debug mode to pastebin.com and link it here. This guide will assist with that.
