World Loading Issues

Details of the issue I have said that I included avaritia mod but it worked fine with the mod for a few days and Removing the mod does nothing. My problem is whenever I try joining a server, joining my single player world, or adding a new world minecraft gets stuck on loading world. It never gets past that and i know it isnt loading because every time it happens I am forced to force quit and when i go into task manager the CPU usage is 0%. I have backups of my world so being able to fix it in any way would be fine with me. Also I have tried reinstalling the pack, duplicating the pack and removing certain mods that have caused me crashes in the past and even moving the mods to a minecraft profile with forge installed. Please help thanks in advance.

TLDR: my world crashes when i try to load it, same with servers. To my knowledge the added mod is not the problem.
