Wooden wind mill and wooden wind turbine, what mod?

So I was clicking through some recipes and found a wooden wind turbine and a wooden wind mill that are both made using the canvas bags, but I can't figure out how to place them or use them in creative and I have no idea what mod they come from. Looked online but found nothing, anybody know?

THey are from Red Power and you place them inside a Kinetic Engine. The Turbine is vertical and goes in with the engine facing up, the windmill goes in with the engine facing horizontal.

In addition, they are very big once placed, so you have to make sure you have a good amount of space around the kinetic generator before you place them. The Turbine needs 2-3 blocks to each side, and the windmill is something like 6-8 blocks.
