Won't load FTBServer-1.7.10-1614.jar for Crackpot

Trying to run the server locally. Eula to true, ran the FTBInstall.bat, when I run the ServerStart.bat I get this message:
Error: Unable to access jarfile FTBServer_1.7.10-1614.jar

The only log I can see is latest.log and that shows that the minecraft_server.1.7.10.jar ran then shut down
