Hi i am wondering how i can setup a sql on a online hosted server i am currently using minecraft-hosting.pro and i need a sql database for GriefPreventionPlus

Do you have root access to a command line interface at that hosting company? If so do some google searching for the version of the OS (probably some variant of linux) on how to do the install. If you don't have that level of access and the hosting company won't provide then it is time to move on to another hosting company.

Depends on what you mean by console. If the console is a web based interface to the server to monitor the server health, shut it down or reboot it. Then no. It needs to be a text interface that can type command into.
