Seems to only function if I place security terminal on same cable as wireless access point, but if I connect security terminal to a different cable from the one where the wireless access is - i can't use my wireless ae2

Anything I'm missing or is there no way to make them work anywhere?

Had the Same Problem But i placed It on a p2p connection cable maybe you did the Same
And I Dont think the Terminal Uses a Channel think only the acces point does

wireless access point seems to have absurd range in comparison with ae1 wireless access point. But it seems it is only limited to me putting it on the same "cable" as my security terminal... Meaning that cable must be leaving only one side of my me controller, if I put my wireless access on a cable that comes out of a different face of me controller it won't work. So security terminal and wireless access point have to be on same cable.

I guess if I want another wireless access point I just have to dedicate one cable specifically to Wireless access points and stretch it for miles accross my base.

The range is further but the actual energy costs get insane when making it max range honestly I would make it so you could upgrade it however much you want but the energy costs rise exponentially so if I want like 8k range its gonna cost like 100k rf/t (bit of an extreme example but you get my point)
