Will RPIC(EU/blutricity power converters) come back?

I liked this mod, though i never got a chance to use it myself. Seeing how IC2 still doesn't have a way(that i know of) of converting EU to Blutricity, will this mod be allowed to come back or maybe even added to the mod pack? (OP located here.)

Short answer: Probably not

Longer answer: No, but that might not necessarily be a bad thing, because the issue was with not only with a lack of permission, but also that the mod author had used part of Eloraam's code to create the mod, as well as the fact that it has been outdated for a very long time (going on a year now) which would require a total rewrite most likely. According to GregoriusT (yes, the GregTech creator) there are two ways to create a mod like this without touching Eloraam's code, but I'm pretty certain that it is highly unlikely that anything like it will be created due to Eloraam's "own plans in mind for that." So overall, a promise was made about a year ago that a blutricity to EU converter would be added into core RedPower, and hopefully we might see that sometime in the near future without requiring another mod to do this.

For now, you could do a two step conversion like so: BC > MJ > EU

The thing I wanted was to make EU into BC, getting a lot of EU is not the issue, getting a lot of BC in a short amount of time is though.

Is there even a way to convert MJ to BC?

If you want a lot of BC, make a few windmills. They're not that bad to craft once you get a flax farm going.

As for making quick blutricity just literally get a few bones and pulverise/macerate them to get bonemeal and then go nuts on a flax farm with a seed bag and a sickle that gets the windmill part insanely quick and then the kinetic generator isnt overly expensive.

This, a better acronym for blutricity would be BT not BC.

Seen as the voltmeter measures it in Volts Amps and Watts (Watts being Volts*Amps) Watts seems a logical suggestion ^^

It'd be very nice if there surfaced some simple way to convert UE to EU/BJ/Blutricity. Personally I think industrialcraft could convert completely to the UE API without losing flavor, while I do see MJ and Blutricity as somewhat different (though I think blut could also go over to UE without losing that much, MJ does feel quite different in several ways).
