Tech Support section is for getting help with FTB related problems. If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

OK, your title needs more detail, as "Why" doesn't tell anyone anything 
Could you give more background? According to those errors, there are a couple of mods missing - namely CoFH Core (which is the required mod to have when using mods from Team CoFH, like Thermal Expansion), and Ex Nihilo.
Are you playing a particular pack? Or have you put some mods together to play yourself? If you're trying to use anything like Thermal Expansion without also having CoFH Core, that would throw that error.
