Why is FTB Utilities so uselessly undocumented?

I had to look through the source code to find how to set an auto_restart timer and even that isn't intuitive in the least. Playing FTB Beyond, more than half the configs and pages you can load are "Work in progress" which is just...why? Why launch a pack with a bunch of unfinished shit like that??

It's still early in the 1.10 development cycle. If they waited for every mod to be completely finished and fully documented, you would never get mod packs. Don't get me wrong, I want more/better documentation on the features we have already, as well as the devs adding additional features as they deem fit, but many times the configs and explanations come after the base code is in a finished and stable state. Be patient.

I'd mostly be happy with: Did a thing. Thing does X.

I know it's hard to mod, and I'm not at all able to do Minecraft mods, but writing down at least the intent of the thing shouldn't be that hard.
