Why aren't changelogs uploaded at the same time as the update?

Hey everyone!

I run a server for my friends and I to play on and one important thing with running a server is updates. One thing I rely on for me to decide whether it's worth upgrading or not is a changelog. Unfortunately, it seems that they will be uploaded sometimes up to a week after the update is rolled out.

Is there somewhere I can see a changelog sooner than at: https://feedthebeast.atlassian.net/wiki/display/PML/Public+Modpack+Listings ?

Or is there a reason that they don't appear sooner?

Change logs are done by someone other than the pack team. Due to RL the logs are sometimes delayed.

Thank you. That would explain why it's not done at the same time. I assume it's the same situation as the modpacks themselves and it'll just be done when it's done?
