Solved When other players join my FTB server they cannot place , break blocks unless they are opped.

Friends that join my server cannot break or place blocks unless they are opped. How can I fix that ? Anything in the server options?
 
In the server.properties file, around line 29 you should see
"spawnprotection=<a number>" what number is it? The default is 16
