When I try to launch minecraft mods I'm not able to select the native launcher

I'm able to select it but when I click off it goes back to JAR launcher
When I do try to use the JAR launcher it loads my account but this comes up Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: ignoring option PermSize=256m; support was removed in 8.0
 
What launcher are you using?

If it's Twitch App you need to contact Twitch support.
