What is the bug? When i destroy any block (exept conduits) i don't get it back, just particles for destroying, but nothing goes to me...

Could maybe happen if you're playing in Adventure mode?
Can seem to happen if there's lag between client and server (even in single player), although the broken block typically returns to place eventually.

I ruled that out since apparently EIO conduits are being returned properly.

I think like you too, when i open "snooper settings" it has a few rows that says:"gamemode:CREATIVE"
And in not enough items is ability of gamemode on, i cant turn it off... I deleted nei and jei and it is again the same... Can you give me any link for nei?

While in your game try typing in
/gamemode 0
If that comes back with an error that states you can't run that command. Then do the following:

• Press ESC
• Click the Open to LAN button
• Make sure to enable the cheats then finish the open to LAN

Now retry the /gamemode 0 command.
