Opis works quite well for specific server lag-points though are you trying to pinpoint mods that cause lag? That might be a bit harder. In general though unless a mod is massive (looking at you GregTech) most dont effect lag just by inclusion. That kind of lag is usually for just form the shear amount of mods.
