What spawns this mob?

Using the DW20 pack, and got a mob called Undying Blaze, from a blaze spawner, but I know it isn't a vanilla mob.
 
That sounds like a thaumcraft champion mob. It's pretty much a normal mob with a special ability.

EDIT: It'll drop a bag of treasures should you kill it.
