Request What should be our "start script"?

We have set up a server mods, modifying "Direwolf20 1.7.10". Often we downs of TPS, suddenly had a 20 to 10 TPS TPS. Perhaps we are not using a "start script" adequate, with appropriate arguments java.

They could help us design one?

We have a dedicated server with 16GB of RAM.

I forgot to indicate that data.

Our CPU is an "Intel core i7 2.6Ghz 8 cores"

Although we only operate one core (do not know do you use 8 cores)

2. What is that nonsense with nice command?

Niceness values range from -20 (most favorable to the process) to 19 (least favorable to the process).

Why would anyone make MC to get less CPU time?
