First off, I am using FTB Ultimate. with BUkkit Forge.

I have tried quite a few plugins for various purposes and have failed. Too many are they to mention but all were supposedly OK with Bukkitforge.

I am looking for a DEATHCHEST or comparable mod as well as something akin to LAPISPORTALS.
It would also be neat if I could find an economy plugin that works.

Any advice would be swell oh, I am using MCPCFORGEMOD.

What is MCPCFORGE MOD? And I would recommend against bukkitforge as it does not work with all plugins just use MCPC+

Well what is MCPCFORGEMOD.jar because its definitely not anything I know of. MCPC+ is not a forge mod so....

well, I think that answered my question. LOL. The jar file was installed by my server host... removing it seems to have answered some of my questions.

Thanks

New question:
I was running jcommandsessentials, which is a server command plugin. it no longer works.
Same with--
Deathbukkit- death chests
Lapis Portals- portals, teleportation

Anyone know any substitutes for Feed the Beast?

I guess what I meant was, anyone know any substitute plugins for the ones listed above that work with FTB.

My bet is that they work, just not with bukkitforge. I have tried several of my plugins with bukkitforge and they fail miserably but work fine with MCPC.

I use MCPC+ L67 with the following plugins:
Essentials(Command plugin, one of the best) http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/essentials/
AlphaChest(Virtual Chest + Workbench [Customizable]) http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/alphachest/
TravelPortals(Teleportation) http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/travelportals/

I have more plugins than that - I just listed the ones that you are looking for.[DOUBLEPOST=1372452248][/DOUBLEPOST]

I 100% agree, MCPC+ is the way to go. Not only does it work better with plugins, but it improves performance due to being based off of Spigot.

I am now running MCPC+, I fail to see any difference, plugins still fail.
The MCPC snapshot is in te root directory and named "mcpc-plus-legacy-1.4.7-R1.1-SNAPSHOT-f534-L67.jar"

do I load plugins into the MODS folder or PLUGINS?

I ask the stupid question because some plugins I saw say to place them in other folders.

how do you know they still fail if you don't know what file they go in?

Bukkit Plugins go in the Plugins folder.

I know they fail because the console says "fails.... etc, etc,.." when I try to load them. That, or the server simply will not load.
