What mods adds enemies/mobs/bosses/dungeons?

Hey all so I'm new to the FTB/ MC modding community and I have much to learn.

My first mod I picked up was the "all the mods lite" mod pack

I like how this mod added new dangerous/difficult enemies that made PVE difficult.
So my question now since I'm not familiar with all the current mod packs out there, what mod pack has new enemies?
