What is this device?

I've seen this image in the top left of my window for a while, and I think it may be from Thaumcraft or Astral Sorcery. It appears when I log on (MP server, DW20 latest modpack) and fades after a second or two, too quickly for me to click on it.

Anyone know what it is, and what it means?

Astral Sorcery, it's your XP bar / level of Player Attunement.
Open your Skill tab in Astral Tome to see it again.
