What is this block I found in The Beneath? (Skyfactory 3)

It doesn't display any information (but other blocks do).

It just mines up stone. But then it shows up again elsewhere.

I've only ever found one at a time - there doesn't seem to be any others. But it's not the first time...

Anyone know?

Edit: I went back after posting this, and it had disappeared.

Correct, it is Moonstone. Not sure what mining level it is to get it but you will get a silver colored ball as it's harvest.
Used to make Ineffable glass.
