What Is The Most Technical Modpack Out Now?

I just would like to know because I am starting up a server and want to have an up to date tech modpack. I want it to be 1.6.4

Wait a while longer for Monster is probably the best choice. If you want it pure tech, then wait for Techworld 2.
None of the FTB packs are out of beta just yet, except FTB Lite and Magic Farm.

But just do tech world. Its in beta, but nothing is stopping you from playing. Add any other mods you want in if need be.

Ahh cool, is there a place to watch for which are still counted as stable or beta? Cause I only knew of the 2 I mentioned because Jaded(I think) mentioned it in the "Read before updating" thread(not really following the logic in posting such info there, really doesn't help people find required information).

I just derpped. I could have sworn they were done. Sorry. But more on-topic, techworld (or unhinged if you like Gregtech)

A good one is Resonant Rise but that is another launcher.
