Weird visual glitches?

I keep getting weird visual bugs. Chests and entities disapear from my screen, and inventory screens are all in the wrong place, and waypoint names turn upside down.
I am the only one on my server this is happening to.
Halp?

Had trouble reproducing upside down waypoint names, those at least stay correct most of the time.
