weird server problems started today

iv been able to go on my friends server perfectly fine lately, even last night, but today when i tried to log in, and there is alot of red in the console, and this is what the server window says.

anyone know how to fix this?

It appears that the server version and your version are not up to date. DireWolf20's pack updated yesterday, so if you updated your client then, and the server has not, you would be out of sync. You've got GregTech, though, so I assume you are using MindCrack, so you should contact your server administration to see if they've updated something.
