Waypoints GONE!?

I just woke up and all my waypoints are gone! This is my 2nd day playing and my first time logging into the new world after creating it. Usually when I post something here the answer is in my face easy so I try to figure it out before posting, but I can't figure this one out. =\ Any help would be awesome. I had diamonds marked out to go back and get after I made my fortune pick.
 
No, I had to do the update to get the sounds to work. Then played for awhile placing waypoints. Woke up today, no update, no waypoints. It's okay though, was only a few diamonds. If I get an answer, awesome. After I'm done getting my farming setup I will create a checkpoint and close it and see if it vanishes. Thanks.
