Water Block

Does anyone have a mod of a solid block of Water as the "Water Xychorium" the XyCraft?

Thermal Expansion 3 has the aqueous accumulator that generates an infinite amount of water at a rapid rate as long as it has two water source blocks next to it.

Blood Magic has a ritual that produces an infinite spring of water (ie you can remove the water block and it will regenerate).

I'm sure there are others, but nothing exactly like Xycraft.
