Void World, can't left click! HALP

As I was playing Void World, which I've gotten pretty far in now, I encountered a really bad bug. I was building my new home in the sky, a zombie comes up behind me but when I tried to attack it nothing happened. After I killed it with some lava bucket, I noticed that left clicking the air couldn't do anything. I can break blocks, place blocks, and interact with already placed blocks, but I CAN'T left click while looking at the air.

This is really bad because I can't attack mobs at all. I tried restarting FTB, and the computer. It's day 3 now, and I haven't been able to hit a single mob yet. The world is ruined if I can't even use my sword for anything

1. do U test creative mode?
2. goto nei settings (default 0 on numpad) and activate block id viewing.
3. download MCEdit and look through it.

Do I test creative mode? I am unsure what you're asking, but I have not tried any gamemode other than survival.

I went into NEI settings, block ID viewing was already enabled. To be safe I tried to attack with it both off and on.

Download MCEdit and look through what?



*EDIT*

I also can confirm that this bug has carried over multiple saves, and even when I create new worlds... I will attempt to delete the entire modpack, and keep a copy of my saved world, to see if it works

Deleting the modpack and re-adding my save completely fixed the problem. That's a relief.

Someone can go lock this thread or whatever if they want to.
