On the direwolf20 pack my friend is having the issue of things turning a solid (usually light blueish) color

Things that are turning are, Conduits, chests, and some machines.

I know there is probably a quick couple of keys that need to be hit to fix but I can't figure it out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks.
