Windows .exe Very Low FPS

I just downloaded FTB, and I'm playing Unleashed. My problem is it stays pretty fine 160fps, then it drops to 0-15 fps.
I run 250 - 300 everything maxed out vanilla mc, and I'm not sure what my problem is.

Comp Specs:

i7 3770k 3.4MHz
32GB DDR3 RAM 798MHz
NviDia GTX Gefore 660ti GPU
32bit Java, windows 8 ultimate, what could be causing this? and also everytime I upgrade to 64bit java all java apps crash randomly within 5 seconds to 10 minutes playing time.

To rule out any problems with your setup follow the steps here first.
If you are stil have issues then post a log using the help here.

If you are using 64bit windows then you should be using the 64bit version. Grab it from here. Make sure you remove any other versions.
