What is the bug? Updated from 3.0.6 to 3.0.8.

- Draconic Solar Panels now generate 0 RF/t even with the sun at zenith. Light Level indicated at 100%, but efficiency is at 0%.
- Flux Plugs / Points disconnect visually when the player changes dimension or reconnects to server.
- Chaotic Solar Panels can't be crafted. The recipe shows up in the Fusion Crafting GUI but clicking start does nothing.
- Extreme Reactor steam output lowered to 200 mb/t from 2000 mb/t.

Mod & Version Default mod list and configs as in SF3 3.0.8.

hehe, if they lowered the steam out put as a fix for a lack of pipes that can do 2000, I'm a bit amused.
