Upgraded to 1.1.4 and missing items.

I upgraded to 1.4.1 because I have been getting crashes ALOT recently with worldgenpermspace. I thought this would fix it, but no.

Anyways, some stuff is missing, my adv enchant table, jacaranda wood (my whole base was made out of these, so GF base), and a bunch of misc items... good think I made a backup . So just a heads up to people.

Did you remember to re-enable mods that are disabled on default after update? Also for the permgen crashes, have you tried this yet?

Wow, can't believe I forgot to do that. And thanks for the link, I can't change server arg though, I will contact my hosting company... Thanks.

Edit: That guide says I need 4gb of free ram, I only have a 1gb server...

Try adding something like this to your startup script:

-XX:PermSize=128m
