Upgraded fluctuating itemduct?

In FTB infinity evolved the fluctuating itemduct can transfer energy in to/out of any type of fluxduct and machine. I now got to the point where i have sufficient resources where i can make the warp itemducts and they hold power, i know that they use the power to insta-transfer items but i was hoping they also work like the fluctuation itemducts, is their a config option i can change or something along that line to make it work slimier?

There is no config option to make them transfer RF into blocks, they just move items instantly at the cost of RF
