Updating forge version of Mindcrack server

Hello and thanks for coming to look at this! Ok, so my issue is I have no idea of how to go about updating the forge version that the server is running. It's obviously very easy for client side, but if anyone could help explain how I would do this server side I would very much appreciate it!

You need to download the forge version you want,then download a server.jar from minecraft.

Open both with a program like winrar

Copy contents of forge file into server jar.

Bingo.

Hope that makes sense. It's the same as modding a client jar, plently of youtube video's out there.
