As they removed the Quantum Generator. Then they added the UnlimitedMJ and Creative Energy Cell RF/t . I have not found a way of supplying unlimited EU for staff oriented builds. Is there a way to convert to EU or maybe even a block I haven't found that will help with this?
 
If you wanted something more in block form, the engineer's toolbox has an mj adapter and an eu adapter which can have a socket module configured to input/output from one to the other so you can use the unlimited mj block. Just note that the input on the adapters is the 4 slots and the output is the plug face (what you get when you wrench the 4 slots face). Alternatively for a simpler solution, an eu adapter and a TE cable might also work as the adapters convert to redstone flux.
