[Unleashed] Choppy while I walk and still get 100+ Fps

As title says.. Would really like to play this pack but kinda hard when I can barely walk around the map. I still get Fps though... Also tried turning down all the settings to the lowest with Optifine.

Any help much appreciated please and thanks in advance
