I've tried reinstalling the pack multiple times, no luck so far.

I don't know too much, but it looks to me like a problem with java. Have you tried updating it? The latest version is Java 8 Update 65 (click here). Or, if your computer is a 64-bit machine, use this one: Windows Offline (64-bit) (click).

I've found out what the problem is. Seems like my ssd is corrupt. I've installed java and curse on my HDD for the time being. Thanks for the help anyway
