Summary of the problem Unkillable Ender Dragon, 3 End Crystals stuck in summoning mode

Pack Version 3.0.15

What is the bug? I respawned the Ender Dragon for the nth time, right after making an interdimensional upgrade to my Refined Storage and chunk loading it. Three of the end crystals are stuck, with beacons going upward as if still spawning the Ender Dragon, making them indestructible and the Ender Dragon unkillable.
