Title unable to open world

Details of the issue so I've been playing on a specific world for a long time now and I decided to add a few more mods. then I was no longer able to open ANY worlds. when I try to join them it's just stuck on a dirt screen not doing anything. I've tried removing mods but nothing's working.

okay so I've found out the problem but now I've deleted my world, what do I do to get it back??

If you have backups of your world, then restore those.

If you do not and you deleted it, then the world is gone.
