Unable to log in

I got an email saying I needed to reset my minecraft password - I went to the mojang site and reset it (I DID NOT use the link in the email) now I cannot log in at all using the new password.

Is there an issue with minecraft/mojang or was I hacked in some way?

I was wondering if they were hacked or is the auth server not working>

Any advice would be apprecaited

maybe if someone on here could try out their FTB and see if it is working at all

Are you using your e-mail address to log in? The steps I would use is to make sure you can log into minecraft.net. Then see if you can log into vanilla minecraft. Then try FTB. FTB just uses vanilla minecraft to do the authentication to mojang. But if you can't do the 1st two steps follow up with mojang's support.

yes I use my email address - I use the password reset feature on minecraft.net and it says it has successfully changed my password but when I then try to log into minecraft.net using the new password it says its the wrong password. IDK - I sent them a support email about it but IDK why its not working
